Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Machinist to carry out precision machining, component repair, and workshop tasks supporting onboard engineering operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate lathes, milling machines, and other workshop equipment as applicable.
• Manufacture, modify, or repair mechanical components.
• Read technical drawings and measure components accurately.
• Inspect finished parts for dimensional accuracy.
• Maintain workshop tools and follow machinery safety procedures.

Requirements

• Relevant machining or mechanical trade qualifications.
• Previous machining or workshop experience.
• Knowledge of precision measuring instruments and machining tools.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings.
• Valid medical fitness certificate and applicable onboard certificates.
