Job Description
The Casino Supervisor will support the Casino Manager in daily operations, supervise casino personnel, and help maintain a professional and guest-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise casino staff during assigned shifts.
- Monitor gaming operations and service standards.
- Assist with staff training and operational procedures.
- Respond to guest questions and concerns.
- Report operational issues to the Casino Manager.
Requirements
- Previous casino, gaming, or hospitality experience.
- Supervisory experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Good English proficiency; additional languages are beneficial.
- Ability to work effectively in an international team.
