Job Description:
PONANT Cruises / UVEA Marine Services S.A.S. is urgently recruiting an experienced Engine Storekeeper for M/S Le Bellot, an expedition cruise vessel operating internationally.
The successful candidate must have previous international shipboard experience in the same position and must hold a valid US Visa C1/D. The role involves supporting the engine department through proper control, organisation and distribution of technical stores and supplies.
The position is scheduled to join from September 2026 for a 2-month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Receiving, checking and organising engine department stores and supplies.
Maintaining accurate records and inventory of technical equipment and spare parts.
Issuing stores and materials to authorised engine department personnel.
Monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages or replenishment requirements.
Maintaining the engine stores in a clean, safe and organised condition.
Requirements:
Valid STCW certificates.
Valid medical fitness certificate.
Proficiency in English communication.
Previous international shipboard experience as an Engine Storekeeper.
Experience onboard cruise or expedition vessels is preferred.
Valid US Visa C1/D – mandatory.
Good knowledge of marine technical stores and inventory procedures.
