Job Responsibilities

•  Deliver exceptional guest hospitality and customer service 
•  Maintain high standards of onboard accommodation and housekeeping 
•  Support food preparation, restaurant, and bar operations 
•  Assist with onboard entertainment and wellness services 
•  Ensure professionalism and positive guest experiences 
•  Maintain cleanliness, operational readiness, and teamwork onboard 
•  Comply with company hospitality and safety standards 

Requirements

•  Previous experience in the same position onboard cruise ships or within the hospitality industry preferred 
•  Good command of English required 
•  Additional languages are an advantage 
•  Strong communication and customer service skills 
•  Ability to work effectively in multinational environments 
•  Professional appearance and positive attitude 
•  Flexibility to work extended hours onboard 
•  Valid passport and travel documentation required 
•  Relevant certifications required for specialized positions
