Job Description:
Holland America is recruiting an HR Officer to support onboard human resources operations and crew welfare aboard its cruise liner.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Support onboard HR and crew administration.
• Maintain personnel records and documentation.
• Assist crew members with HR-related matters.
• Support company policies, welfare initiatives, and communication.

Requirements:

• Relevant HR, personnel, or hospitality experience.
• Previous cruise liner or maritime HR experience is an advantage.
• Valid maritime and medical documents where applicable.
• Proficiency in English communication.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Professional and confidential approach.
