Job Description

A-Z Yachting is seeking an experienced Chief Officer to assist the Captain with yacht operations, navigation, deck management, and crew supervision. The successful candidate will help ensure safe and efficient operations while maintaining high standards of yacht maintenance and guest service.

Key Responsibilities

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Assist the Captain with navigation and daily yacht operations.
• Supervise deck crew and coordinate maintenance activities.
• Oversee mooring, anchoring, and tender operations.
• Ensure compliance with onboard safety procedures.
• Participate in emergency drills and maintain safety equipment.

Requirements

• Relevant experience as a Chief Officer or in a similar yacht position.
• Appropriate Certificate of Competency for the vessel and position.
• Valid STCW certificates and seafarer medical certificate, as applicable.
• Good English communication and leadership skills.
• Strong knowledge of deck operations, safety procedures, and yacht maintenance.
