Chief Officer for Motor Yacht

We are looking for an experienced Chief Officer to join a private or charter yacht. The candidate will assist the Captain with navigation, deck operations, safety management, and crew supervision, ensuring smooth daily vessel operations.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Assisting the Captain with safe navigation and vessel operations
• Supervising deck maintenance and exterior operations
• Managing safety procedures and emergency preparedness
• Coordinating and supervising deck crew activities
• Ensuring compliance with maritime regulations and company standards

Requirements:

• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Previous experience as Chief Officer or in a similar yacht position preferred
• Good attitude and ability to work in an international environment
