1st Officer for Motor Yacht

We are looking for an experienced 1st Officer to join a private or charter motor yacht. The successful candidate will assist the Captain with vessel operations, navigation, safety management, and crew coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Assisting with safe navigation and overall vessel operation
• Supervising deck operations and maintenance
• Ensuring compliance with maritime safety regulations
• Coordinating and supervising deck crew activities
• Supporting the Captain with daily onboard operations

• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Previous experience as 1st Officer on private or charter motor yachts
