Job Description:
Holland America is recruiting a Provision Master to manage food and beverage provisions and inventory aboard its cruise liner.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
- Manage receiving, storage, and distribution of provisions.
- Monitor inventory levels and supplies.
- Coordinate provisioning activities.
- Maintain proper food storage and hygiene standards.
Requirements:
- Relevant provisioning, inventory, or hospitality experience.
- Previous cruise liner experience is an advantage.
- Valid maritime and medical documents where applicable.
- Proficiency in English communication.
- Strong organizational and inventory-management skills.
