Job Description
We are looking for an IT Manager to oversee onboard IT systems, network infrastructure, technical support, and the reliability of information technology services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain onboard computer systems and network infrastructure.
- Provide technical support to departments and users.
- Monitor system performance, backups, and cybersecurity procedures.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Coordinate IT maintenance, documentation, and equipment inventory.
Requirements
- Relevant IT qualifications or professional experience.
- Experience in IT support, systems administration, or network management.
- Knowledge of computer networks, hardware, software, and cybersecurity.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Previous shipboard or international hospitality experience is an advantage.
