Job Description:
Winch Yacht Recruitment is currently hiring experienced yacht crew to join a Private & Charter Motor Yacht operating worldwide. The vessel runs a dual-season program and requires qualified crew with proven yachting backgrounds. Candidates must be ready to join ASAP and have prior experience onboard large private/charter yachts.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, duties may include but are not limited to:
• Safe and efficient execution of vessel operations
• Ensuring high standards of service for owners and charter guests
• Maintenance and technical oversight of vessel systems (engineering roles)
• Deck operations, tender driving, carpentry, and exterior upkeep (deck roles)
• Guest service, housekeeping, and interior operations (interior roles)
• Culinary preparation and galley management (chef role)
Requirements:
• Y2 minimum certification (for engineers)
• Valid STCW 95/2010 certificates
• Valid ENG 1 Medical Fitness Certificate
• B1/B2 visa (essential)
• Schengen visa (essential)
• Yachting experience: minimum 2–5 years in a similar role
• Strong English communication skills
