A reputable yacht management company is currently seeking qualified and experienced maritime and hospitality professionals for deployment onboard Sailing and Motor Yachts operating worldwide.
Selected candidates will be responsible for vessel navigation, engineering maintenance, deck operations, guest services, interior management, and culinary operations while maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and luxury hospitality.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates with previous yachting experience and a passion for delivering exceptional service in a luxury yacht environment.

Job Responsibilities
- Ensure safe navigation and efficient yacht operations
- Manage deck activities, mooring, anchoring, and tender operations
- Maintain vessel machinery, generators, and technical systems
- Deliver exceptional guest service and luxury hospitality
- Prepare and serve high-quality meals for guests and crew
- Maintain housekeeping, laundry, and interior presentation standards
- Support guest activities and daily yacht operations
- Ensure compliance with maritime regulations and company procedures
- Maintain professionalism, discretion, and teamwork onboard
Requirements
- Previous Sailing Yacht or Motor Yacht experience preferred
- Valid STCW certification package
- Valid Certificate of Competency (CoC) for officer positions
- Valid passport and medical certificate
- Good English communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Excellent guest service and hospitality skills
- Ability to work effectively in a luxury yacht environment
