Job Description:
An international river cruise operator is expanding its hospitality team and is currently recruiting experienced hotel, restaurant, galley, and housekeeping personnel for its River Cruise Fleet.
The company is looking for qualified candidates to deliver high standards of guest service, hospitality, food preparation, housekeeping, and hotel operations onboard luxury river cruise vessels operating across European waterways.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
- Providing exceptional customer service to passengers throughout the voyage.
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping, cleanliness, and hygiene onboard.
- Preparing and serving meals and beverages in accordance with company standards.
- Supporting hotel and restaurant operations to ensure an outstanding guest experience.
- Following safety procedures and company policies at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the applied position, preferably on cruise ships, river cruise vessels, hotels, or restaurants.
- Valid STCW certificates (where applicable for onboard positions).
- Valid medical fitness certificate.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work in an international team.
