Job Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service and hospitality standards
- Maintain yacht cleanliness, presentation, and luxury accommodations
- Support safe vessel operations and onboard activities
- Prepare and serve high-quality meals and beverages
- Assist with housekeeping, laundry, and interior maintenance
- Coordinate guest activities and ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain inventory and provisioning where applicable
- Comply with maritime safety procedures and yacht policies
- Work effectively within a multicultural yacht crew environment
Requirements
- Previous experience in the same rank on private or charter yachts preferred
- Valid STCW certification
- Valid seafarer medical certificate
- Valid passport and relevant travel documents
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong hospitality and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a luxury guest-focused environment
- Flexibility and willingness to travel worldwide
- Relevant professional qualifications for specialized positions (Chef, Nurse, Spa Therapist, Hairdresser, etc.)
