A luxury yacht management company is currently seeking qualified and experienced hospitality crew members for deployment onboard Private Motor Yachts operating worldwide.
Selected candidates will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, housekeeping operations, wellness services, culinary support, and maintaining luxury hospitality standards onboard.
This opportunity is ideal for professionals with previous yachting or luxury hospitality experience and strong guest service skills.

- Chief Steward/ess — €9,000/month
- Head of Housekeeping — €5,500/month
- Spa Therapist / Steward/ess — €3,800/month
- Service Steward/ess — €3,600/month
- Housekeeping Steward/ess — €3,500/month
- 2nd Steward/ess — €4,500/month
- Yoga / Pilates Instructor — €3,200/month
- Cook / Steward — €3,200/month
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver high-level guest hospitality and service onboard
- Maintain luxury housekeeping and interior presentation standards
- Support food and beverage service operations
- Provide wellness, spa, yoga, or fitness services where applicable
- Assist with guest activities and daily yacht operations
- Maintain professionalism, discretion, and teamwork onboard
Requirements
- Previous Motor Yacht or luxury hospitality experience preferred
- Valid STCW certification package preferred
- Valid passport and medical certificate
- Strong English communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Excellent guest service and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work effectively in luxury yacht environments
