We are currently recruiting professional crew for luxury motor yachts operating worldwide. Openings are available across deck and interior departments, including hospitality and wellness roles. Candidates should have previous yachting or hospitality experience, strong service skills, and a professional appearance. Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Ensure safe vessel operations and navigation (deck crew)
• Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and guest areas onboard
• Deliver high-end hospitality and personalized guest service
• Assist with housekeeping, laundry, and interior operations
• Support wellness and guest care services (spa/nurse roles)
Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate (ENG1 or equivalent)
• Good English communication skills
• Previous yacht or hospitality experience preferred
• Professional appearance and strong customer service skills
