Job Description:
We are currently seeking qualified and experienced crew members for Private & Charter Motor Yachts operating worldwide.
The positions are suitable for professional yacht crew with relevant experience in private and/or charter operations. Candidates should demonstrate a high level of professionalism, strong teamwork, and the ability to maintain excellent onboard standards.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
- Carrying out all duties related to the assigned position in accordance with yacht procedures and industry standards.
- Maintaining high standards of safety, cleanliness, service, and professionalism onboard.
- Supporting the daily operation, maintenance, and smooth running of the yacht.
- Working effectively with an international crew and maintaining a positive onboard working environment.
- Providing professional and discreet service to owners and charter guests, where applicable.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in the applied position.
- Previous experience on private and/or charter motor yachts is highly preferred.
- Valid STCW certificates applicable to the position.
- Valid medical fitness certificate.
- Valid passport and seaman/yacht crew documents, as applicable.
- Good command of English.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Professional appearance, attitude, and ability to work in a high-standard yacht environment.
- Additional licenses or certificates required for the specific position.
