Job Description:
A yacht recruitment company is currently seeking qualified and experienced professionals to join Private and Charter Motor Yachts operating worldwide.
Selected candidates will be responsible for yacht navigation, engineering operations, technical maintenance, luxury guest services, catering, hospitality, housekeeping, administration, and onboard medical support while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and service.
This opportunity is suitable for yacht professionals with strong hospitality skills, previous yacht experience, and the ability to work in a multicultural luxury environment.

Requirements:
- Valid STCW certification
- Valid ENG1 or equivalent seafarer medical certificate
- Previous experience on Private or Charter Motor Yachts preferred
- Good command of English
- High level of professionalism and presentation
- Strong hospitality and guest service skills
- Ability to work effectively in multicultural yacht crew environments
- Flexibility and willingness to perform multiple onboard duties
- Relevant qualifications and certificates applicable to the position
