Job Description:
We are hiring qualified crew members for Motor Yachts (Worldwide operations). Attractive salaries and professional working conditions are offered for the following positions.
Open Positions:
- 2nd Officer – €6,000 DOE
- Deckhand – $5,000 DOE
- 1st Mate – [Salary DOE]
- 2nd Steward – $4,000 DOE
- Chief Steward – €7,000 DOE
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
- Safe navigation, deck operations, and maintenance of the vessel
- Assisting with guest services, housekeeping, and provisioning
- Ensuring high standards of safety, hospitality, and guest satisfaction
- Supporting senior officers and providing leadership to junior crew
Requirements:
- Valid STCW certificates
- Medical fitness certificate
- Proficiency in English communication
- Previous experience on Motor Yachts or similar vessels
- Strong teamwork and hospitality skills

- Contract Duration: Long-term / rotation (depending on vessel and owner)
