Job Description:

We are hiring qualified crew members for Motor Yachts (Worldwide operations). Attractive salaries and professional working conditions are offered for the following positions.

Open Positions:

• 2nd Officer – €6,000 DOE
• Deckhand – $5,000 DOE
• 1st Mate – [Salary DOE]
• 2nd Steward – $4,000 DOE
• Chief Steward – €7,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Safe navigation, deck operations, and maintenance of the vessel
• Assisting with guest services, housekeeping, and provisioning
• Ensuring high standards of safety, hospitality, and guest satisfaction
• Supporting senior officers and providing leadership to junior crew

Requirements:

• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Previous experience on Motor Yachts or similar vessels
• Strong teamwork and hospitality skills

Employment Details:

• Contract Duration: Long-term / rotation (depending on vessel and owner)
• Salary: Competitive, DOE (as listed above)
