Job Description:
Silver Crews is urgently seeking experienced hospitality and wellness professionals for employment onboard a luxury 100m+ motor yacht. Successful candidates will join a high-end yacht operation providing exceptional guest services and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. The positions offer rotational contracts with fully paid leave and the opportunity to work in a professional international yachting environment.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring passenger satisfaction
• Maintaining cleanliness, presentation, and operational standards in assigned areas
• Assisting with housekeeping, laundry, spa, and hospitality services as required
• Following safety, security, and yacht operational procedures
• Supporting onboard team operations and maintaining a professional working environment

• Service Stewardess (Rotation 3:1)
• Housekeeping Stewardess (HK Stewardess) (Rotation 3:1)
• Senior Housekeeping Stewardess (Rotation 3:1.5)
• Spa Manager (Rotation 2:2)
• Strong Masseuse / Senior Masseuse (Rotation 3:1.5)

Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Valid Medical Fitness Certificate (ENG1 or equivalent)
• Proficiency in English communication
• Previous luxury yacht, cruise ship, hospitality, spa, or housekeeping experience preferred
• Professional appearance and strong customer service skills

Employment Details:
• Contract Duration: As per rotation schedule (3:1, 3:1.5, or 2:2 depending on position)
• Salary: €3,200 – €6,500 per month (depending on position and experience)
