Job Description:
We are currently recruiting experienced and service-driven professionals to join a Motor Yacht operating worldwide.

Successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring smooth vessel operations, delivering exceptional guest service, maintaining high onboard standards, and supporting both technical and hospitality functions in a luxury yachting environment.

Deck Department

•  1st Mate

Galley Department

 Interior & Guest Services

•  Chief Steward / Stewardess

•  Watersports Instructor 
•  Masseur / Masseuse

Requirements:

•  Previous experience on motor yachts or luxury hospitality preferred 
•  Valid STCW certification
•  Valid ENG1 Medical Certificate
•  Fluency in English 
•  High level of professionalism and presentation 
•  Strong guest service and hospitality skills 
•  Ability to work in a multicultural team 
•  Flexibility and willingness to adapt to yacht lifestyle
