Job Responsibilities
Deck Department
- Support safe navigation and yacht operations
- Conduct deck maintenance and preservation work
- Participate in mooring, anchoring, and tender operations
- Maintain deck equipment and safety gear
- Deliver high standards of yacht presentation
Engineering Department
- Operate and maintain propulsion and auxiliary machinery
- Monitor vessel technical systems
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance
- Maintain engineering records and documentation
- Ensure safe and efficient operation of onboard equipment
Galley Department
- Prepare high-quality meals for guests and crew
- Manage galley operations and food inventories
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
- Cater to guest preferences and dietary requirements
Interior Department
- Deliver luxury guest service and hospitality
- Maintain guest cabins and public areas
- Perform housekeeping and laundry duties
- Ensure high presentation standards throughout the vessel
- Assist with guest events and service operations
Requirements
General Requirements
- Previous Motor Yacht or luxury yacht experience preferred
- Valid STCW certification package
- Valid passport and medical certificate
- Good English communication skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work effectively in multinational crew environments
Officer & Engineer Requirements
- Valid Certificate of Competency appropriate to rank
- Previous experience in a similar position onboard yachts preferred
Interior & Catering Requirements
- Previous luxury hospitality or yacht experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and service excellence
