Job Description:
A professional yacht operation is currently seeking qualified and experienced crew members to join Motor Yachts operating worldwide.
Selected candidates will be responsible for navigation support, engineering operations, deck maintenance, guest services, housekeeping, and maintaining high hospitality and safety standards onboard luxury yachts.
This opportunity is suitable for yacht professionals with excellent communication skills, strong teamwork abilities, and previous experience in luxury yacht operations.

Deck Department
- 1st Mate — EUR (€)7,000
- Bosun — EUR (€)5,000
- Deckhand — EUR (€)3,500
Engineering Department
- 2nd Engineer — EUR (€)5,500
Interior Department
- Chief Steward/ess — EUR (€)7,000
- Steward/ess — EUR (€)4,500
- Sole Steward/ess — EUR (€)4,000
- 2nd Steward — EUR (€)4,500
- 3rd Steward — EUR (€)3,500
Requirements:
- Valid STCW certification
- Valid ENG1 or equivalent medical certificate preferred
- Previous Motor Yacht experience preferred
- Fluent English communication skills
- Strong hospitality and guest service skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in multicultural crew environments
- Flexibility and willingness to perform multiple duties onboard
