Job Description:
We are currently recruiting qualified and motivated candidates for employment onboard a passenger cruise ship operated by Coastal Shipping Limited. The project involves providing high-quality hospitality and guest services in an international environment. Candidates will work onboard a modern cruise vessel with multicultural crew and passengers. Working conditions include rotational shifts, shared accommodation, and adherence to maritime safety and service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Deliver excellent customer service to passengers
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas
• Assist guests with inquiries and onboard activities
• Follow safety procedures and company regulations
• Support team operations across departments when required
Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates (preferred)
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service (preferred)
• Ability to work in an international team environment
