Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Prepare and serve high-quality food and beverages according to Carnival standards.
Supervise daily operations within the galley or Food & Beverage department.
Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company procedures.
Deliver outstanding guest service while maintaining operational efficiency.
Work collaboratively with multinational crews to ensure exceptional onboard hospitality.
Requirements:
Valid STCW certificates
Medical fitness certificate
Proficiency in English communication
Previous experience in the applied position on cruise ships, passenger vessels, hotels, or large hospitality operations
Strong teamwork and customer service skills
Food safety and hygiene knowledge relevant to the position
Employment Details:
Contract Duration: As per Carnival Cruise Line policy
Interview Locations: Zagreb (Croatia) and Belgrade (Serbia)
