Job Description:
A luxury yacht management company is currently seeking experienced and professional crew members to join a Charter / Private Motor Yacht operating worldwide.

Successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring smooth vessel operations, delivering high-end guest services, maintaining safety standards, and supporting both private and charter activities onboard.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic yacht program with a focus on service excellence and teamwork.

Open Positions:

•  Captain – USD 10,000 
•  Chief Officer – EUR 7,200 
•  Chief Steward/ess – EUR 8,000 
•  Sole Chef – EUR 4,500 
•  Steward/ess – EUR 3,200 
•  Nurse – EUR 5,000 

Requirements:

•  Valid STCW certification and seafarer documentation 
•  Previous experience in the same rank on yachts (charter/private preferred) 
•  Valid medical certificate (ENG1 or equivalent) 
•  Good command of English 
•  High level of professionalism and guest service skills 
•  Ability to work in a multicultural team 
•  Flexibility and readiness for worldwide travel
