Job Description:

A luxury private and charter motor yacht operation is currently seeking qualified and experienced yacht crew for EU assignments.

Selected candidates will be responsible for yacht navigation, engineering operations, deck maintenance, guest hospitality services, culinary preparation, housekeeping duties, and ensuring the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and guest satisfaction onboard.

This opportunity is ideal for maritime and hospitality professionals with previous yacht experience and the ability to work in high-end international yacht environments.

Requirements:

•  Valid STCW certificates and maritime documentation 
•  Valid Seafarer Medical Certificate 
•  Previous motor yacht or luxury hospitality experience preferred 
•  Strong communication and guest service skills 
•  Good English language proficiency 
•  Professional appearance and positive attitude 
•  Ability to work effectively in multicultural crew environments 
•  Strong safety awareness and teamwork abilities
