Job Description:

We are currently recruiting qualified and experienced maritime professionals to join Private and Charter Motor Yachts operating worldwide.

We are seeking candidates for deck, engineering and interior departments, as well as experienced culinary professionals. Applicants should have relevant yacht experience, appropriate qualifications and the ability to provide a high standard of service in a professional yacht environment.

Previous experience onboard private or charter motor yachts is preferred.

Deck Department

• Captain
• Chief Officer
• 1st Mate
• Bosun

Engineering Department

• Chief Engineer
• 2nd Engineer

Galley Department

• Executive / Head Chef
• Sole Chef
• Sous / 2nd Chef
• Cook / Crew Chef

Interior Department

• Chief Steward/ess
• Service Steward/ess
• Sole Steward/ess
• Steward/ess
• 2nd Steward/ess
• Laundry Steward

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the same or similar position
• Private or charter motor yacht experience preferred
• Relevant maritime, yacht or professional qualifications according to the position
• Valid STCW certificates, where applicable
• Valid medical fitness certificate
• Valid passport and relevant seafarer / yacht documentation
• Good English communication skills
• Strong professional attitude and teamwork skills
• Excellent guest service standards for interior and service positions
• Relevant culinary qualifications and food hygiene knowledge for galley positions
• Ability to work in an international environment and travel worldwide
