Job Description:
Saltwater Recruitment is seeking experienced and professional yacht crew members for a 90m (295ft) Private Motor Yacht. This is a unique opportunity to join an established international team, providing world-class service and operational excellence onboard a prestigious vessel.

Contract Type: Rotation – 2:2 schedule

Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Ensure the highest standards of guest service and yacht presentation
• Prepare and deliver exceptional cuisine (for chefs)
• Oversee housekeeping and laundry operations (for Head of Housekeeping & Stewards)
• Manage guest wellness, fitness, and recreational activities (for Personal Trainer / Yoga Instructor)
• Provide expert wine service and beverage pairing (for Sommelier)
• Maintain exterior areas, tenders, and water toys (for deck crew)
• Deliver onboard medical care and maintain medical supplies (for Nurse)
• Ensure compliance with yacht safety, hygiene, and operational standards
Requirements:
• Valid STCW certification
• Valid ENG1 medical certificate
• Proven experience onboard luxury yachts or similar high-standard hospitality environments
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong teamwork, professionalism, and service-oriented mindset
• Relevant professional qualifications (e.g. culinary, beauty, or fitness certifications) preferred
