Job Responsibilities

• Ensure safe navigation and daily yacht operations
• Maintain compliance with maritime safety regulations and company procedures
• Manage engineering systems, machinery, and preventive maintenance programs
• Perform deck operations, mooring, tender handling, and vessel upkeep
• Deliver exceptional guest service and hospitality standards
• Maintain guest cabins, interior spaces, and housekeeping operations
• Prepare and serve high-quality meals according to guest preferences
• Support wellness and guest care services where applicable
• Maintain professional appearance and service standards onboard
• Work effectively within a multinational yacht crew environment

Requirements

• Previous experience in the applied position onboard motor yachts preferred
• Valid STCW certification package
• Valid passport and seafarer documentation
• Yacht-related certifications relevant to the position
• Good English communication skills
• Strong hospitality, service, and teamwork skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a luxury guest-focused environment
• Physically fit and available for international deployment
