Job Description:
We are seeking qualified personnel for various positions onboard our yachts. You will join a dynamic team, ensuring smooth operations, guest satisfaction, and safety onboard. This is an excellent opportunity to work in luxury yachting and develop your professional skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and manage yacht and chase boats safely
• Supervise deck, engine, and interior crew
• Perform navigation, technical, and maintenance duties as required
• Ensure safety and compliance with regulations onboard
• Provide high-quality service to guests and manage guest activities
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and inventory management
• Support training and development of junior crew members
• Assist in water sports, diving, and other guest activities
Requirements:
• Fluent in English
• STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
• ENG1 Medical Certificate
• Valid visas: Schengen, B1/B2, Green Card (or US Citizen)
• Relevant experience for the applied position preferred
