A-Z Yachting Ltd. is seeking experienced and professional yacht crew members to join private and charter motor yachts operating worldwide. We are looking for motivated individuals with a passion for service, seamanship, and excellence at sea.

Requirements:
- Valid STCW and Seafarer’s Medical (ENG1) certificates.
- B1/B2 Visa is essential; Schengen visa preferred.
- Previous experience onboard private or charter yachts.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Strong teamwork, professionalism, and discretion.

- Contract Type: MLC-compliant SEA (Standard Employment Agreement)
