We are seeking qualified and motivated crew members for a Private/Charter Motor Yacht operating worldwide. Candidates will join a professional multinational team, ensuring high-standard service, safety, and smooth yacht operations. Competitive salaries and excellent onboard conditions are offered for all positions listed below.
• Captain – $8,000
• Chief Officer – €6,500
• Sole Engineer – $6,000
• Chief Steward – €8,000
• Sole Chef – $4,500
• Bosun – $4,500
• Steward – $3,500
• Stew/Masseur – $3,500
As per yacht standards, duties may include but are not limited to:
• Maintaining high-quality service and guest support
• Ensuring safe yacht operations and compliance with maritime regulations
• Conducting maintenance, navigation, and daily operational tasks depending on rank
• Upholding hygiene, hospitality, and luxury service standards
• Supporting private and charter activities as required
• STCW 95 / STCW 2010
• ENG1 Medical Certificate
• Valid B1/B2 Visa
• Excellent command of English
• Previous yachting experience in the relevant position
• Strong service mindset and ability to work in an international crew
