MYS Aust is currently seeking qualified and experienced professionals to join a Private Motor Yacht operating worldwide.
Successful candidates will support safe yacht operations, luxury guest services, navigation, culinary operations, housekeeping, and interior management while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and hospitality.
This opportunity is ideal for experienced yacht crew with previous Private or Luxury Motor Yacht experience who are committed to delivering exceptional service onboard.

Job Responsibilities
- Support safe daily yacht operations
- Operate and maintain chase boats where applicable
- Perform deck maintenance, mooring, anchoring, and tender operations
- Deliver first-class housekeeping and guest services
- Supervise interior operations and stewarding activities
- Prepare high-quality meals for guests and crew
- Maintain luxury accommodation and public areas
- Participate in emergency drills and onboard safety procedures
- Ensure compliance with company policies and international maritime regulations
- Maintain operational readiness and excellent teamwork onboard
Requirements
- Previous experience in the applied rank onboard Private or Motor Yachts preferred
- Valid STCW certification package
- Valid Certificate of Competency (CoC) for Captain position where applicable
- Valid passport and seafarer's medical certificate
- Good English communication skills
- Professional appearance and guest-oriented attitude
- Strong hospitality, culinary, or seamanship skills relevant to the applied position
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
- Physically and medically fit for sea service
