Rooster Recruitment is seeking experienced and professional crew members to join Private & Charter Motor Yachts operating worldwide.

Open Positions:

  • Chief Steward(ess) — €7500
  • Bosun — €4500
  • Deckhand — €3500
  • Head of Housekeeping — €4500
  • Service Steward — €4000
  • Steward — €3500

Requirements:

  • Valid B1/B2 and Schengen visas
  • No visible tattoos
  • Previous yacht or luxury hospitality experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Professional presentation and service-oriented attitude

Vessel Type: Private & Charter
Contract: Worldwide rotation
