This opportunity is ideal for professionals with prior luxury or motor yacht experience who are committed to high standards of seamanship, hospitality, and teamwork in a private yacht environment.

Open Positions & Salary

• Captain – USD 12,000
• Chief Engineer – USD 11,000
• 1st Mate – USD 9,000
• Sole Chef – USD 9,000
• Executive / Head Chef – USD 7,000
• Chief Steward/ess – USD 8,000
• Bosun – USD 5,000
• Deckhand – USD 4,500
• Sole Steward – USD 5,000
• 2nd Steward/ess – USD 4,500

General Requirements

• Previous experience in the applied position on Motor or Luxury Yachts
• Valid STCW certification
• Valid seafarer medical certificate
• Good command of the English language
• Professional appearance with a service-oriented attitude
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Flexibility and readiness to work in a private yacht environment
