A-Z Yachting is currently seeking qualified and experienced professionals to join Motor Yachts operating worldwide.
Successful candidates will support yacht navigation, engineering operations, deck maintenance, luxury guest services, housekeeping, culinary operations, and onboard hospitality while ensuring compliance with international maritime regulations and delivering exceptional service standards.
This opportunity is ideal for experienced yacht professionals with previous Motor Yacht or luxury hospitality experience who are committed to maintaining the highest level of operational excellence and guest satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities
- Support safe daily yacht operations
- Perform navigational and watchkeeping duties according to rank
- Operate and maintain propulsion, electrical, and auxiliary systems
- Conduct deck maintenance, mooring, tender, and guest support operations
- Deliver premium housekeeping and hospitality services
- Prepare high-quality meals for guests and crew
- Maintain yacht cleanliness and presentation to luxury standards
- Participate in emergency drills and onboard safety procedures
- Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and international maritime regulations
- Maintain operational readiness and excellent teamwork onboard
Requirements
- Valid STCW certification package
- Valid Certificate of Competency (CoC) for officer and engineer positions
- Previous Motor Yacht experience preferred
- Valid passport and seafarer's medical certificate
- Good English communication skills
- Strong technical, hospitality, housekeeping, or culinary skills relevant to the applied position
- Professional appearance and guest-oriented attitude
- Strong teamwork, communication, and safety awareness
- Physically and medically fit for sea service
