Job Responsibilities
- Support safe yacht navigation and onboard operations
- Maintain machinery, electrical systems, and technical equipment
- Assist with diving activities and water sports operations where applicable
- Deliver exceptional guest service and hospitality
- Maintain luxury interior standards and housekeeping operations
- Support spa, wellness, and guest care services
- Ensure compliance with yacht safety procedures and company policies
- Participate in emergency drills and safety training
- Maintain professionalism and teamwork onboard
Requirements
- Previous experience in the same rank on Motor Yachts preferred
- Valid STCW certification
- Valid seafarer medical certificate
- Valid passport and relevant travel documents
- Good command of English
- Professional appearance and guest-focused attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Yacht experience preferred
- Relevant professional qualifications for engineering, diving, and spa-related positions
- Ability to work in a luxury hospitality environment
