Job Description
A prestigious yacht management company is currently seeking qualified and experienced hospitality and deck professionals for deployment onboard luxury Motor Yachts operating worldwide.
Selected candidates will be responsible for yacht operations, guest hospitality, culinary services, housekeeping, childcare support, wellness services, and maintaining the highest standards of service and professionalism onboard.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates with previous yachting, hospitality, childcare, culinary, or wellness experience who are seeking international yacht employment.

Job Responsibilities
- Support safe and efficient yacht operations
- Deliver exceptional guest service and hospitality
- Prepare and serve high-quality meals and refreshments
- Maintain luxury housekeeping and interior presentation standards
- Provide wellness and massage services where applicable
- Assist with childcare and guest activities when required
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and inventory onboard
- Ensure compliance with yacht safety procedures and company standards
- Work effectively as part of a professional yacht crew
Requirements
- Previous Motor Yacht experience preferred
- Relevant experience in the applied position
- Valid STCW certification package preferred
- Valid passport and medical certificate
- Good English communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Excellent guest service and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in luxury yacht environments
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Flexible and willing to travel worldwide
