Job Description
A luxury yacht management company is currently seeking qualified and experienced yacht professionals for deployment onboard Motor Yachts operating worldwide.
Selected candidates will be responsible for vessel navigation, engineering operations, deck maintenance, hospitality services, guest relations, culinary operations, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and service onboard.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates with previous motor yacht experience and a strong commitment to professional yacht operations and luxury guest service.

Job Responsibilities
- Support safe yacht navigation and daily vessel operations
- Manage deck activities, mooring, tender operations, and maintenance
- Oversee engine room operations and technical maintenance
- Deliver exceptional guest hospitality and luxury service
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and interior presentation
- Prepare and serve high-quality meals for guests and crew
- Ensure compliance with maritime safety regulations and company procedures
- Assist with guest activities and onboard events
- Maintain professionalism, discretion, and teamwork onboard
Requirements
- Previous Motor Yacht experience preferred
- Valid STCW certification package
- Valid Certificate of Competency (CoC) for officer and engineer positions
- Valid passport and medical certificate
- Strong English communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Excellent guest service and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work effectively in multicultural yacht environments
- Strong commitment to safety, service, and operational excellence
