Job Description

Crew Life at Sea is currently recruiting experienced maritime and hospitality professionals to join an international fleet of Cruise Liners operating worldwide.

The company is seeking qualified officers, engineers, deck crew, catering personnel, hotel staff, and interior service professionals to support safe vessel operations while delivering exceptional guest experiences onboard modern cruise ships.

This opportunity is ideal for experienced seafarers and hospitality professionals with previous passenger ship or cruise vessel experience.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform duties according to the assigned department and position
  • Support safe navigation, engineering, hotel, catering, and guest service operations
  • Maintain vessel equipment, machinery, accommodation, and public areas
  • Deliver exceptional hospitality and customer service
  • Follow company HSE procedures and international maritime regulations
  • Participate in emergency drills and onboard safety training
  • Work effectively within an international multicultural crew
  • Maintain high operational and service standards throughout each voyage

Requirements

General Requirements

  • Valid STCW 2010 certification package (for marine crew)
  • Valid Certificate of Competency (CoC) for officer and engineer positions
  • Previous experience in the applied rank
  • Cruise ship or passenger vessel experience preferred
  • Valid passport
  • Valid seaman's book (where applicable)
  • Valid medical certificate
  • Good English communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills for hotel and catering positions
  • Strong teamwork and safety awareness
  • Physically and medically fit for sea service
