We are recruiting qualified and experienced yacht crew for Private and Charter  Motor Yachts operating worldwide. Successful candidates will contribute to safe vessel operations, guest service excellence, and premium onboard standards. These roles are ideal for professionals seeking long-term opportunities within the luxury yachting sector.

Open Positions

Engineering Department

• Sole Engineer – €9,000 / month

Deck Department

• 2nd Officer – €7,500 / month
• 3rd Officer – €5,300 / month
• Bosun – $3,500 / month
• Deckhand Dive Instructor – $4,500 / month
• Deckhand – $3,500 / month

Interior Department

• Service Stewardess – €3,750 / month
• 2nd Stewardess – $4,500 / month

Requirements

• Proven experience on private, charter, or expedition yachts in the rank applied
• Valid STCW certificates (STCW 2010)
• Valid seafarer medical certificate (ENG1)
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written
• B1/B2 Visa is mandatory
• Must be available for immediate joining
• Professional references required
