Job Description

YOA Crew is currently recruiting experienced yachting professionals to join a fleet of Motor Yachts and Sailing Yachts operating worldwide.

The company is seeking highly qualified officers, engineers, deck crew, interior crew, culinary professionals, and specialist personnel to support luxury yacht operations while maintaining the highest standards of safety, guest service, and operational excellence.

Successful candidates should possess previous yacht experience, valid maritime certifications, excellent English communication skills, and a professional attitude suitable for working in an international luxury yachting environment.

Job Responsibilities

Depending on rank, duties may include:

• Operate and maintain the yacht according to company and flag state requirements.
• Deliver exceptional service to owners and guests.
• Perform navigational, engineering, deck, hospitality, culinary, or specialist duties according to assigned position.
• Maintain yacht equipment and accommodation to luxury standards.
• Ensure compliance with SOLAS, MARPOL, STCW, ISM Code, and company HSE procedures.
• Participate in emergency drills and onboard safety management.
• Work professionally within an international yacht crew.

Requirements

General Requirements

• Previous experience in the applied position onboard Motor or Sailing Yachts preferred.
• Valid STCW 2010 certification package.
• Valid Certificate of Competency (where applicable).
• Valid Passport, Seaman's Book (where applicable), and Medical Certificate.
• Good English communication skills.
• Professional appearance and guest-oriented attitude.
• Strong teamwork and safety awareness.
• Physically and medically fit for sea service.

Specialist Requirements

• Dive Instructor: Valid professional diving certification and previous superyacht experience preferred.
• Nurse: Relevant nursing qualification and previous yacht or maritime experience preferred.
