A prestigious yacht management company is currently seeking experienced and service-oriented professionals to join luxury Motor and Sailing Yachts operating worldwide.
Successful candidates will support yacht operations, guest services, navigation, deck maintenance, culinary services, wellness programs, and onboard hospitality while maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and guest satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities
Deck Department
- Assist with yacht navigation and watchkeeping duties
- Perform deck maintenance and tender operations
- Support docking, anchoring, and guest activities
- Ensure compliance with yacht safety procedures
- Maintain exterior areas to luxury yacht standards
Culinary Department
- Plan and prepare high-quality meals for guests and crew
- Manage galley operations and food inventories
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
- Cater to guest dietary requirements and preferences
Interior & Guest Services Department
- Deliver exceptional guest service and hospitality
- Maintain cabins, guest areas, and interior spaces
- Assist with housekeeping, laundry, and provisioning
- Provide wellness, spa, and massage services where applicable
- Ensure a luxury guest experience at all times
Requirements
General Requirements
- Previous yacht or luxury hospitality experience preferred
- Valid STCW certification package
- Valid passport and seafarer's documentation
- Valid medical certificate
- Good English communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a multicultural team environment
Officer Requirements
- Valid Certificate of Competency (CoC) appropriate to rank
- Previous experience in a similar yacht position preferred
- Strong leadership and operational skills
Culinary Requirements
- Previous experience in luxury yachts, cruise ships, resorts, or fine dining establishments
- Knowledge of international cuisine and food presentation
- Strong galley management skills
Interior Department Requirements
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality or yachts preferred
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Professional grooming and presentation standards
- Relevant wellness or massage qualifications for Spa Therapist / Steward and Stew / Masseur positions
