A prestigious Motor Yacht is currently recruiting experienced and qualified professionals to join its crew operating worldwide.
The yacht is seeking experienced deck officers, engineering personnel, deck crew, interior professionals, medical support, and wellness specialists. Successful candidates will contribute to safe yacht operations while maintaining the highest standards of luxury hospitality, guest service, professionalism, discretion, and safety.
Previous experience onboard Private / Charter Motor Yachts or Superyachts is preferred.

• Chief Officer – EUR 6,500/month

• Service Steward(ess) – EUR 3,500/month
• Steward(ess) – EUR 3,200/month

• Paramedic – EUR 4,000/month
• Personal Trainer – EUR 4,000/month
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Perform duties according to the assigned yacht position and company procedures
• Support safe and efficient day-to-day yacht operations
• Maintain deck, engineering, interior, medical, and wellness areas to high standards
• Provide exceptional service and personalized assistance to owners and guests
• Maintain yacht presentation, cleanliness, and operational readiness
• Participate in emergency drills, safety training, and onboard risk assessments
• Follow maritime regulations, yacht safety procedures, and company policies
• Maintain a professional, discreet, and guest-focused approach
• Work effectively within a professional multinational yacht crew
• Proven experience in the position applied for, preferably onboard Motor Yachts / Superyachts
• Valid STCW certification package where applicable
• Valid Certificate of Competency / relevant yacht qualification for officer and engineer positions
• Valid ENG1 or equivalent seafarer’s medical certificate where applicable
• Valid Passport and Seaman’s Book where applicable
• Relevant professional qualifications for medical, fitness, or specialist positions
• Good English communication skills
• Strong teamwork, safety awareness, discretion, and attention to detail
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Physically and medically fit for yacht service
Captain
• Valid Master / Captain CoC appropriate to the yacht
• Proven command experience on Motor Yachts / Superyachts
• Strong navigation, leadership, and yacht management skills
Chief Officer
• Valid Deck Officer CoC
• Previous Chief Officer experience on Motor Yachts / Superyachts
• Strong deck management, navigation, and crew supervision skills
2nd Officer
• Valid OOW / 2nd Officer CoC
• Previous yacht navigation and watchkeeping experience
• Strong knowledge of safety and deck operations
Sole Engineer
• Valid Engineer CoC appropriate to the yacht
• Proven yacht engineering experience
• Strong knowledge of main engines, generators, auxiliary machinery, and planned maintenance
Deckhand
• Previous yacht deck experience preferred
• Knowledge of mooring, anchoring, tender operations, exterior maintenance, and guest activities
Chief Steward(ess)
• Proven senior interior experience on luxury yachts
• Strong leadership and guest-service skills
• Experience supervising interior operations and junior crew
Service Steward(ess)
• Previous luxury yacht or fine-dining service experience preferred
• Strong food and beverage service skills
• Excellent guest relations and presentation standards
Steward(ess)
• Previous yacht, hotel, or luxury hospitality experience preferred
• Strong housekeeping and guest-service skills
2nd Steward(ess)
• Previous 2nd Steward(ess) or senior Steward(ess) experience preferred
• Strong interior service, housekeeping, and organizational skills
Paramedic
• Recognized Paramedic / Emergency Medical qualification
• Previous experience in maritime, offshore, remote-site, or luxury yacht environments preferred
• Current medical and emergency response certifications
• Strong emergency response and communication skills
Personal Trainer
• Recognized Personal Trainer / Fitness qualification
• Previous experience working with VIP or luxury clients preferred
• Knowledge of safe exercise programming and fitness assessment
