Job Responsibilities
Command & Navigation Department
- Manage yacht navigation and voyage planning
- Ensure compliance with maritime regulations
- Supervise vessel operations and crew performance
- Maintain safety management procedures
- Coordinate guest activities and yacht operations
Engineering Department
- Operate and maintain propulsion and auxiliary systems
- Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs
- Ensure machinery reliability and operational efficiency
- Maintain engineering records and maintenance schedules
Deck Department
- Conduct deck maintenance and preservation work
- Support docking, anchoring, and tender operations
- Assist with water sports and guest activities
- Maintain exterior presentation to luxury yacht standards
Interior & Guest Services Department
- Deliver exceptional guest service and hospitality
- Manage housekeeping, laundry, and provisioning
- Maintain luxury interior standards
- Coordinate spa and wellness services where applicable
- Ensure outstanding guest experiences onboard
Galley Department
- Prepare high-quality meals for guests and crew
- Manage galley operations and food inventories
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
- Cater to guest dietary requirements and preferences
Requirements
General Requirements
- Previous luxury yacht experience preferred
- Valid STCW certification package
- Valid passport and medical certificate
- Good English communication skills
- Professional appearance and presentation
- Strong customer service and teamwork skills
Officer & Engineer Requirements
- Valid Certificate of Competency (CoC) appropriate to rank
- Previous experience in the same rank preferred
- Strong leadership and operational abilities
Interior Department Requirements
- Previous yacht or luxury hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent guest service and communication skills
- Professional grooming standards
Culinary Department Requirements
- Previous experience on yachts, cruise ships, luxury resorts, or fine dining establishments
- Strong culinary and food presentation skills
- Knowledge of international cuisine and dietary requirements
