A luxury yacht company is currently seeking qualified and experienced crew members to join Motor Yachts operating worldwide.

Selected candidates will be responsible for engineering operations, navigation support, deck maintenance, culinary services, guest hospitality, housekeeping, and recreational support while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and guest satisfaction onboard.

Requirements:

•  Fluent English communication skills 
•  Valid STCW 95 / STCW 2010 certification 
•  Valid ENG1 (Seafarer Medical Certificate) 
•  Entry-level qualifications or higher relevant to the applied role 
•  Previous yachting experience preferred 
•  High level of professionalism and service orientation 
•  Ability to work effectively in multicultural crew environments 
•  Strong hospitality, teamwork, and communication skills
