A luxury Motor Yacht is currently seeking qualified and experienced yacht professionals to join its international crew for worldwide operations.
Successful candidates will be responsible for supporting yacht operations, engineering management, technical systems maintenance, hospitality services, culinary operations, wellness services, and guest care while maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and luxury service.

Job Responsibilities
- Maintain safe and efficient yacht operations
- Manage engine room machinery and technical systems
- Support IT, audiovisual, communication, and entertainment systems onboard
- Carry out electrical maintenance and troubleshooting
- Supervise deck maintenance, mooring, and exterior operations
- Prepare and serve high-quality meals for guests and crew
- Deliver exceptional hospitality and guest services
- Provide wellness and spa treatments where applicable
- Maintain luxury accommodation standards and housekeeping services
- Participate in safety drills and emergency response procedures
- Ensure compliance with maritime regulations and company policies
Requirements
- Previous experience in the same rank on Motor Yachts preferred
- Valid STCW certification
- Valid seafarer medical certificate
- Valid passport and travel documents
- Good command of English
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Professional appearance and guest-oriented attitude
- Relevant professional qualifications for technical, culinary, and wellness positions
- Ability to work effectively in a luxury hospitality environment
- All certificates and documents must be valid and up to date
