Job Description
We are currently recruiting experienced and qualified professionals for a range of positions onboard a Luxury Motor Yacht.
We are looking for motivated candidates with relevant yacht or luxury hospitality experience, strong professional standards and the ability to work effectively as part of an international crew. Positions are available across the engineering, culinary, deck, interior and medical departments.

Key Responsibilities
Depending on the assigned position, responsibilities may include:
- Ensuring safe and efficient day-to-day yacht operations.
- Maintaining machinery, technical systems and engineering equipment.
- Performing deck maintenance, tender operations and guest-related activities.
- Preparing high-quality cuisine and maintaining professional galley standards.
- Providing exceptional housekeeping, service and guest-care standards.
- Delivering professional medical assistance and maintaining onboard health and safety.
- Maintaining cleanliness, presentation and operational readiness throughout the yacht.
- Following company procedures, yacht safety standards and applicable maritime regulations.
- Participating in emergency drills and maintaining a high level of safety awareness.
- Working professionally and discreetly within a multinational yacht crew.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the same or similar position, preferably onboard luxury Motor Yachts.
- Valid STCW certificates, where applicable.
- Valid Certificate of Competency / professional qualification appropriate to the position.
- Valid ENG1 or equivalent medical certificate, where applicable.
- Valid passport and seafarer's documents as required.
- Good command of English.
- Strong communication, teamwork and organizational skills.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- High level of discretion, reliability and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a demanding luxury yacht environment.
- Additional position-specific qualifications may be required.
Position-Specific Requirements
Chief Engineer / 1st Engineer / 2nd Engineer
- Relevant Marine Engineering CoC and qualifications.
- Previous engineering experience on Motor Yachts or similar vessels.
- Strong knowledge of yacht machinery, maintenance and technical systems.
Head Chef / Chef de Cuisine
- Professional culinary qualifications.
- Strong fine-dining and international cuisine experience.
- Previous luxury yacht or high-end hospitality experience preferred.
- Excellent menu planning, food presentation and provisioning skills.
Deckhand
- Previous yacht deck experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of deck maintenance and exterior operations.
- Tender, powerboat or watersports qualifications are an advantage.
Service Steward(ess) / Steward(ess)
- Previous luxury yacht interior or high-end hospitality experience.
- Excellent guest-service, housekeeping and dining-service skills.
- Professional, discreet and service-oriented approach.
Nurse
- Valid nursing qualification and professional registration.
- Relevant clinical, emergency, private healthcare or yacht experience preferred.
- Strong medical, organizational and emergency-response skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional standards onboard.
