Job Description

We are currently recruiting experienced and professional crew members to join a Motor Yacht operating worldwide. Successful candidates will be responsible for safe navigation, engineering operations, deck maintenance, interior service, and delivering exceptional guest experience in line with yacht standards, maritime regulations, and owner expectations.

This opportunity is ideal for motivated yachting professionals with strong technical skills, service mindset, and previous yacht experience.

General Requirements

• Entry Level Qualifications or equivalent certification relevant to the position
• Valid STCW 95 / STCW 2010 certification
• Valid ENG 1 Medical Certificate
• Fluent English communication skills
• Schengen Visa or Visa-Free Exemption
• Valid B1/B2 Visa (mandatory)
• Previous yacht experience preferred
• Professional attitude, discretion, and strong teamwork skills
